The Kirkland Highlands is having a huge garage sale this weekend where you can find some great treasures and some good deals. There will be garage sales all over the neighborhood. I hear there are going to be some great items out there from clothes to kids’ toys and lots of household items. The sale is from 9AM to 2 PM.
Come to the Highlands just north of Central Way (85th Street) at 114th Ave NE and follow the signs.
The 95th Street gang in the Kirkland Highlands is at it again. Their annual garage sale is happening now until ???? The neighbors have a lot of “stuff” available. You’ll find knick-knacks, books, and all kinds of household goods. I’ve been told by a reliable source that they are willing to wheel and deal. They want this stuff sold! Head over to 11212 NE 95th in the Kirkland Highlands neighborhood. Follow the signs and the balloons to this treasure trove of stuff. Happy hunting!

Okay, it’s my turn to have the once a decade garage sale. I hate to do them, really, but I’ve been on a “tear” lately, trying to simpify and make sure things are being used or recycled. I want my “stuff” to be useful to someone. I’ve had too much stuff in my garage and closets and it’s time to let some of it move on. It’s funny how cleaning out “stuff” can be such a catharis. Hey, I can’t change the economic news, but I can sure clean out my garage.

And, if you’re near the “senior/boomer” side of life, I will be giving away Vial of Life bottles for you to use in emergency situations. The vials are part of a project from The Kirkland Senior Council and Bellevue’s Network on Aging. Since I happen to be working on this project, I thought it would be a great way to get some more of the vials out to people.
I just found out my neighbor is having a garage sale Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM- 5 PM. There’s some great stuff out there. Lots of garage sale fare, furniture, household goods, and lots of clothes. Some of the clothes still have price tags on them!
